On the recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. 20th May 2026 has considered and approved the re-appointment of Dr. Shridhar Shrikrishna Rajpathak (DIN 00040387) a non executive Independent Director of the Company to hold office for a second term of five consecutive years effective from 12th November 2026 up to 11th November 2031 and who shall not be liable to retire by rotation subject to approval of the Members of the Company.
