On recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. 20th May 2026 has considered and approved the appointment of Ms. Poonam Gupta in the designation of Chief Human Resource Officer as Senior Management Personnel of the Company with effect from 20th May 2026
