The company reported standalone net profit during the quarter stood at Rs 0.69 crore compared to net loss of Rs 4.11 crore in the previous year quarter.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 8.64 per cent at Rs 57.09 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 62.49 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 12.04 per cent to Rs 54.11 crore from Rs 61.52 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 31.91 per cent at Rs 0.64 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 0.94 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 203.06 per cent to Rs 2.97 crore as against Rs 0.98 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 231.85 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 18.58 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.84 crore, while Taxation decreased by 89.28 per cent at Rs 0.37 crore (Mar'25 Rs 3.45 crore).
