The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 86.92 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 82.52 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 5.33 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 29.59 per cent at Rs 971.76 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 749.85 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 32.33 per cent to Rs 858.87 crore from Rs 649.06 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 17.38 per cent at Rs 22.63 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 27.39 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 11.99 per cent to Rs 112.89 crore as against Rs 100.80 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 13.54 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 57.14 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.02 crore, while Taxation increased by 13.94 per cent at Rs 30.41 crore (Mar'25 Rs 26.69 crore).
