The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 13.36 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 185.45 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 92.80 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined marginally by 1.82 per cent at Rs 1,139.99 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 1,161.08 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 1.69 per cent to Rs 1,115.15 crore from Rs 1,096.61 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 17.92 per cent at Rs 1.97 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 2.40 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 61.47 per cent to Rs 24.84 crore as against Rs 64.47 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 60.72 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 52.93 per cent y-o-y to Rs 3.85 crore, while Taxation increased by 113.32 per cent at Rs 4.28 crore (Mar'25 Rs -32.14 crore).
