The Board of Directors has recommended the Final Dividend at Rs. 10 per equity share of Rs. 10/- each (equivalent to Rs. 20/- per equity share pre-bonus issue basis) for the Financial Year 2025-26, subject to the approval of Shareholders in the 5th Annual General Meeting of the Corporation.
