The company reported standalone net loss during the quarter stood at Rs 0.03 crore compared to net profit of Rs 0.26 crore in the previous year quarter.ÿ

Net revenue of the company declined marginally by 2.06 per cent at Rs 12.38 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 12.64 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 0.83 per cent to Rs 10.97 crore from Rs 10.88 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 50.00 per cent at Rs 0.06 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 0.04 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 20.45 per cent to Rs 1.40 crore as against Rs 1.76 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 18.55 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 40.63 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.19 crore, while Taxation increased by 44.44 per cent at Rs 0.13 crore (Mar'25 Rs 0.09 crore).
