The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 6.80 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 4.18 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 62.68 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 30.55 per cent at Rs 54.87 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 42.03 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 34.52 per cent to Rs 47.54 crore from Rs 35.34 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 8.72 per cent at Rs 1.99 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 2.18 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 11.43 per cent to Rs 8.19 crore as against Rs 7.35 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 14.59 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 61.43 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.27 crore, while Taxation decreased by 112.79 per cent at Rs -0.38 crore (Mar'25 Rs 2.97 crore).
