The Board in its meeting held today i.e., Thrusday 21st May, 2026, has inter-alia, approved the Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March, 2026 and re-appointment of M/s. Shah & Shahpatel as an Internal Auditor of the Company for the Financial Year 2026-27.
