The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 48.86 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 59.63 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 18.06 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 10.28 per cent at Rs 1,771.87 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 1,974.83 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 9.90 per cent to Rs 1,650.39 crore from Rs 1,831.64 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 24.14 per cent at Rs 46.69 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 37.61 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 15.16 per cent to Rs 121.48 crore as against Rs 143.18 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 5.38 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 10.68 per cent y-o-y to Rs 68.38 crore, while Taxation increased by 39.35 per cent at Rs 26.42 crore (Mar'25 Rs 18.96 crore).
