The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 8.30 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 11.14 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 25.49 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 15.76 per cent at Rs 137.47 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 118.75 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 27.34 per cent to Rs 129.07 crore from Rs 101.36 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 28700.00 per cent at Rs 5.76 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 0.02 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 51.75 per cent to Rs 8.39 crore as against Rs 17.39 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 58.27 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 10.93 per cent y-o-y to Rs 2.03 crore, while Taxation decreased by 21.83 per cent at Rs 3.08 crore (Mar'25 Rs 3.94 crore).
