The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.23 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 0.33 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 30.30 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 7.07 per cent at Rs 10.25 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 11.03 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 7.53 per cent to Rs 9.82 crore from Rs 10.62 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 81.63 per cent at Rs 0.09 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 0.49 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 4.88 per cent to Rs 0.43 crore as against Rs 0.41 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 13.28 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 62.50 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.06 crore, while Taxation decreased by 320.00 per cent at Rs -0.11 crore (Mar'25 Rs 0.05 crore).
