In continuation of our letter dated 15th May 2026, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held today, i.e., 22nd May 2026 has inter alia approved the:\r\n1. Audited Financial Results of the Company, both Standalone and Consolidated, for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March, 2026;\r\n2. Audited Balance Sheet of the Company, both Standalone and Consolidated, for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March, 2026;\r\n3. Audited Cash Flow Statement, both Standalone and Consolidated, for the financial year ended 31st March, 2026; and\r\n4. Reports from the Statutory Auditors of the Company, Messrs. S S Kothari Mehta and Co. LLP, Chartered Accountants, on the aforesaid Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results.\r\nIt is further informed that the Board has not recommended any dividend for the financial year 2025- 2026.
