The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 28.69 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 36.67 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 21.76 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose by 5.08 per cent at Rs 401.49 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 382.09 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 7.77 per cent to Rs 370.63 crore from Rs 343.92 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 7.29 per cent at Rs 21.64 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 20.17 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 19.15 per cent to Rs 30.86 crore as against Rs 38.17 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 23.02 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 3.99 per cent y-o-y to Rs 2.65 crore, while Taxation increased by 0.15 per cent at Rs 6.74 crore (Mar'25 Rs 6.73 crore).
