The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.70 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 3.81 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 81.63 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 26.34 per cent at Rs 27.58 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 21.83 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 38.36 per cent to Rs 24.78 crore from Rs 17.91 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 35.79 per cent at Rs 0.61 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 0.95 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 28.57 per cent to Rs 2.80 crore as against Rs 3.92 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 43.42 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 66.67 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.20 crore, while Taxation increased by 383.33 per cent at Rs 0.58 crore (Mar'25 Rs 0.12 crore).
