The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.87 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 1.51 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 23.84 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 9.51 per cent at Rs 39.11 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 43.22 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 13.52 per cent to Rs 35.45 crore from Rs 40.99 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 100.00 per cent at Rs 0.02 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 0.01 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 16.56 per cent to Rs 3.66 crore as against Rs 3.14 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 28.75 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 2.86 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.72 crore, while Taxation increased by 17.31 per cent at Rs 0.61 crore (Mar'25 Rs 0.52 crore).
