The Board of Directors at their meeting dated 25.05.2026 approved the re- appointment of Mr. V Ranganathan (DIN: 00550121) as Independent Director w.e.f 03.08.2026 for a period of 3 years subject to approval by the Shareholders whose office shall not be liable to retire by rotation.
