The company reported standalone net loss during the quarter stood at Rs 1.18 crore as compared to net loss of Rs 2.03 crore in the previous year quarter.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 12.55 per cent at Rs 562.77 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 643.56 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 12.64 per cent to Rs 557.34 crore from Rs 637.95 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 125.00 per cent at Rs 1.71 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 0.76 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 3.04 per cent to Rs 5.43 crore as against Rs 5.60 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 11.49 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 8.18 per cent y-o-y to Rs 6.06 crore, while Taxation decreased by 162.50 per cent at Rs -0.10 crore (Mar'25 Rs 0.16 crore).
