The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 8.42 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 6.66 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 26.43 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 14.58 per cent at Rs 101.22 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 118.49 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 20.49 per cent to Rs 86.74 crore from Rs 109.09 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 52.16 per cent at Rs 2.21 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 4.62 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 54.04 per cent to Rs 14.48 crore as against Rs 9.40 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 80.45 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 34.75 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.92 crore, while Taxation increased by 59.82 per cent at Rs 3.58 crore (Mar'25 Rs 2.24 crore).
