The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.29 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 0.32 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 9.38 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 20.61 per cent at Rs 13.05 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 10.82 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 24.29 per cent to Rs 11.41 crore from Rs 9.18 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 66.67 per cent at Rs 0.05 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 0.03 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 0.00 per cent to Rs 1.64 crore as against Rs 1.64 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 17.17 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 8.89 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.98 crore, while Taxation increased by 18.18 per cent at Rs 0.13 crore (Mar'25 Rs 0.11 crore).
