The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 8.52 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 4.07 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 109.34 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 39.32 per cent at Rs 37.77 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 27.11 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 26.33 per cent to Rs 25.81 crore from Rs 20.43 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 10.58 per cent at Rs 0.93 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 1.04 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 79.19 per cent to Rs 11.97 crore as against Rs 6.68 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 28.57 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 31.25 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.11 crore, while Taxation increased by 22.81 per cent at Rs 3.50 crore (Mar'25 Rs 2.85 crore).
