The Board of Directors at its meeting held on May 26, 2026 have approved the declaration of fourth (4th) interim dividend for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 at Rs. 0.15 (1.5%) per equity shares at a face value of Rs. 10 each. The record date for the same shall be June 05, 2026.
