Pursuant to Regulation 23(9) of SEBI (Listing Obligations And Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (\SEBI Listing Regulations\) the disclosure related to Related Party Transaction is not applicable to the Company due to the reason that the Company is Claiming exemption under regulation 15(2) of the SEBI Listing Regulations.
