The company reported standalone net profit during the quarter stood at Rs 0.03 crore compared to net loss of Rs 3.03 crore in the previous year quarter.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 91.37 per cent at Rs 1.03 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 11.93 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 93.38 per cent to Rs 1.07 crore from Rs 16.17 crore in year ago period.

Operating Profit slipped by 99.29 per cent to Rs -0.03 crore as against Rs -4.24 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 91.54 per cent in March quarter.

Taxation decreased by 95.04 per cent at Rs -0.06 crore (Mar'25 Rs -1.21 crore).
