The company reported standalone net profit during the quarter stood at Rs 1.38 crore compared to net loss of Rs 15.25 crore in the previous year quarter.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 44.71 per cent at Rs 79.32 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 143.45 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 51.05 per cent to Rs 78.26 crore from Rs 159.87 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 3.19 per cent at Rs 6.38 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 6.59 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 106.39 per cent to Rs 1.05 crore as against Rs -16.42 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 111.63 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 4.03 per cent y-o-y to Rs 2.38 crore, while Taxation decreased by 21.70 per cent at Rs -3.14 crore (Mar'25 Rs -4.01 crore).
