The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.93 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 0.06 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 3116.67 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 8.09 per cent at Rs 18.84 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 17.43 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 7.02 per cent to Rs 16.02 crore from Rs 17.23 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 50.00 per cent at Rs 1.02 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 0.68 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 1310.00 per cent to Rs 2.82 crore as against Rs 0.20 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 1214.91 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 74.36 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.68 crore, while Taxation increased by 225.00 per cent at Rs 0.45 crore (Mar'25 Rs -0.36 crore).
