The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.63 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 0.31 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 103.23 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 28.41 per cent at Rs 19.23 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 26.86 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 26.86 per cent to Rs 18.98 crore from Rs 25.95 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 1722.22 per cent at Rs 1.64 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 0.09 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 72.53 per cent to Rs 0.25 crore as against Rs 0.91 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 61.65 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 77.50 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.71 crore, while Taxation increased by 300.00 per cent at Rs 0.44 crore (Mar'25 Rs 0.11 crore).
