The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.95 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 0.71 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 33.80 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose marginally by 4.75 per cent at Rs 29.75 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 28.40 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 1.93 per cent to Rs 28.59 crore from Rs 28.05 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 21.15 per cent at Rs 1.26 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 1.04 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 228.57 per cent to Rs 1.15 crore as against Rs 0.35 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 218.03 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 22.22 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.11 crore, while Taxation increased by 966.67 per cent at Rs 0.96 crore (Mar'25 Rs 0.09 crore).
