The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 8.44 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 6.88 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 22.67 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose marginally by 2.29 per cent at Rs 143.13 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 139.93 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 1.97 per cent to Rs 132.48 crore from Rs 129.92 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 40.43 per cent at Rs 1.12 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 1.88 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 6.39 per cent to Rs 10.65 crore as against Rs 10.01 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 3.91 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 37.25 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.40 crore, while Taxation increased by 30.70 per cent at Rs 2.98 crore (Mar'25 Rs 2.28 crore).
