This is to inform you that Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held today i.e., Wednesday, 27th May, 2026, inter alia, have considered, recommended and approved the following: 1. The Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Financial year ended 31st March, 2026, as per Indian Accounting Standard (IND AS) along with the Auditors' Report thereon, 2. Recommended a Final Dividend @ Rs. 1/- per equity share of Rs. 10/- each i.e. 10 % for the financial year 2025-26 and other items of agenda.
