The company reported standalone net profit during the quarter stood at Rs 0.04 crore compared to net loss of Rs 0.22 crore in the previous year quarter.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 40.20 per cent at Rs 1.80 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 3.01 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 44.68 per cent to Rs 1.82 crore from Rs 3.29 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 125.00 per cent at Rs 0.09 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 0.04 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 96.43 per cent to Rs -0.01 crore as against Rs -0.28 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 92.67 per cent in March quarter.

Taxation decreased by 69.23 per cent at Rs -0.04 crore (Mar'25 Rs -0.13 crore).
