In continuation of our disclosure dated February 6, 2026, we wish to inform you that the Company has executed the Share Subscription and Shareholders Agreement with Sunsure Energy Private Limited and Murli Solar Enery Private Limited, and the Power Purchase Agreement with Murli Solar Enery Private Limited on May 27, 2026, towards sourcing of renewable energy.
