The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.14 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 1.58 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 27.85 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined marginally by 3.27 per cent at Rs 56.56 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 58.47 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 8.94 per cent to Rs 62.36 crore from Rs 57.24 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 105.63 per cent at Rs -0.13 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 2.31 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 567.74 per cent to Rs -5.80 crore as against Rs 1.24 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 586.26 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 79.92 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.49 crore, while Taxation increased by 107.28 per cent at Rs -12.52 crore (Mar'25 Rs -6.04 crore).
