The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.22 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 0.64 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 65.63 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 8.23 per cent at Rs 9.86 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 9.11 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 28.29 per cent to Rs 9.66 crore from Rs 7.53 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 215.38 per cent at Rs 0.82 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 0.26 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 87.26 per cent to Rs 0.20 crore as against Rs 1.57 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 88.37 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 53.85 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.18 crore, while Taxation decreased by 63.33 per cent at Rs 0.11 crore (Mar'25 Rs 0.30 crore).
