Thursday, May 28, 2026, inter alia Considered and approved the Audited (Standalone and Consolidated) Financial Results for the Quarter and Year ended March 31, 2026 and Recommended Final Dividend of Rs. 0.50/- per Equity Share having Face Value of Rs. 2/- each (25%) for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2026, for approval of Shareholders at the ensuing 51st Annual General Meeting of the Company.
