The Board of Directors of Amines & Plasticizers Ltd. at its meeting held today, viz., May 28, 2026 inter-alia recommended Final Dividend of Rs. 0.50/- per Equity Share having Face Value of Rs. 2/- each (25%) for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2026, for approval of Shareholders at the ensuing 51st Annual General Meeting of the Company.
