We wish to inform you that the Company has entered into a long-term supply contract with a Japanese multinational customer for international supply of a speciality chemical product manufactured by the Company. \r\n\r\nThe said contract has a firm committed aggregate contract value of approximately Rs. 108 crores over a period of two years.\r\n\r\nWith the aforesaid contract, the Company has confirmed order book of above Rs. 200 crores.
