The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.00 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 0.62 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 61.29 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 17.28 per cent at Rs 6.56 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 7.93 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 39.49 per cent to Rs 8.69 crore from Rs 6.23 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 3.30 per cent at Rs 1.76 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 1.82 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 225.29 per cent to Rs -2.13 crore as against Rs 1.70 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 251.82 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 4.40 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.95 crore, while Taxation decreased by 27.78 per cent at Rs 0.39 crore (Mar'25 Rs 0.54 crore).
