The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 10.66 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 1.03 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 934.95 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose triple digit by 167.81 per cent at Rs 226.35 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 84.52 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 156.20 per cent to Rs 211.49 crore from Rs 82.55 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 1453.85 per cent at Rs 4.04 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 0.26 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 653.81 per cent to Rs 14.85 crore as against Rs 1.97 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 180.34 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 532.69 per cent y-o-y to Rs 3.29 crore, while Taxation increased by 859.57 per cent at Rs 4.51 crore (Mar'25 Rs 0.47 crore).
