The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 14.37 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 12.23 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 17.50 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose marginally by 3.23 per cent at Rs 50.78 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 49.19 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 1.29 per cent to Rs 32.92 crore from Rs 33.35 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 29.34 per cent at Rs 1.83 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 2.59 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 12.75 per cent to Rs 17.86 crore as against Rs 15.84 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 9.22 per cent in March quarter.

Taxation increased by 20.73 per cent at Rs 4.95 crore (Mar'25 Rs 4.10 crore).
