The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 21.17 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 35.30 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 40.03 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 8.02 per cent at Rs 436.06 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 403.70 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 8.93 per cent to Rs 369.41 crore from Rs 339.12 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 491.63 per cent at Rs 12.01 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 2.03 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 5.46 per cent to Rs 66.66 crore as against Rs 70.51 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 12.48 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 1.26 per cent y-o-y to Rs 17.19 crore, while Taxation increased by 771.83 per cent at Rs 18.57 crore (Mar'25 Rs 2.13 crore).
