The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.39 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 0.40 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 2.50 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 9.52 per cent at Rs 14.72 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 13.44 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 10.67 per cent to Rs 14.11 crore from Rs 12.75 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 28.00 per cent at Rs 0.36 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 0.50 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 11.59 per cent to Rs 0.61 crore as against Rs 0.69 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 18.98 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 0.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.04 crore, while Taxation decreased by 28.00 per cent at Rs 0.36 crore (Mar'25 Rs 0.50 crore).
