The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 4.05 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 7.09 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 42.88 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 21.20 per cent at Rs 149.54 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 123.38 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 27.15 per cent to Rs 142.45 crore from Rs 112.03 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 88.04 per cent at Rs 1.73 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 0.92 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 37.53 per cent to Rs 7.09 crore as against Rs 11.35 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 48.48 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 14.52 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.71 crore, while Taxation decreased by 31.88 per cent at Rs 1.41 crore (Mar'25 Rs 2.07 crore).
