Thursday, May 28, 2026, have inter alia approved the following: a) Re-appointment of M/s. N. J. Mahtani & Co., Chartered Accountants (FRN:124930W) as Internal Auditor of the Company for the Financial Year 2026-27;b) Re-Appointment of M/s. A. G. Anikhindi & Co., Cost Accountants (FRN: 100049) as Cost Auditor of the Company for the Financial Year 2026-27, subject to ratification of remuneration by the Shareholder at the ensuing 51st Annual General Meeting of the Company.
