The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 9.55 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 5.32 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 79.51 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 15.03 per cent at Rs 143.97 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 125.16 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 13.57 per cent to Rs 126.29 crore from Rs 111.20 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 906.25 per cent at Rs 1.29 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs -0.16 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 26.65 per cent to Rs 17.68 crore as against Rs 13.96 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 10.13 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 14.29 per cent y-o-y to Rs 2.94 crore, while Taxation increased by 52.44 per cent at Rs 3.43 crore (Mar'25 Rs 2.25 crore).
