The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 9.72 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 11.52 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 15.63 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 41.98 per cent at Rs 253.59 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 178.61 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 47.60 per cent to Rs 232.97 crore from Rs 157.84 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 37.70 per cent at Rs 0.38 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 0.61 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 0.72 per cent to Rs 20.62 crore as against Rs 20.77 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 30.09 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 140.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 3.60 crore, while Taxation decreased by 23.61 per cent at Rs 3.30 crore (Mar'25 Rs 4.32 crore).
