The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 2.45 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 1.53 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 60.13 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 7.84 per cent at Rs 89.86 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 97.50 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 12.52 per cent to Rs 82.05 crore from Rs 93.79 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 97.43 per cent at Rs 0.10 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 3.89 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 109.95 per cent to Rs 7.81 crore as against Rs 3.72 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 128.08 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 18.57 per cent y-o-y to Rs 2.28 crore, while Taxation decreased by 26.39 per cent at Rs 1.06 crore (Mar'25 Rs 1.44 crore).
