In continuation to our intimation dated 21.05.2026, and pursuant to Regulation 30 and 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 as amended, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. on 29.05.2026, inter alia has considered and approved the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended as on 31st March 2026, together with Report of the Auditor's thereon. A copy of the Financial Results and the Audit Report are enclosed herewith. \r\n\r\nFurther, pursuant to Regulation 33(3)(d) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, a declaration that the Statutory Auditors of the Company have issued the Audit Reports with Unmodified opinion on the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended 31st March 2026 is enclosed herewith as Annexure-A.
