Pursuant to regulation 30(6) read with Schedule III Part A Para A of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 as amended we hereby inform you that the board vide resolution passed at its meeting held on Friday 29th May, 2026, have approved appointment of Dr. Nitin Vikas Pai as Non-Executive Director of the Company with effect from 29th May, 2026, liable to retire by rotation. The said appointment will be subject to Members approval in ensuing AGM.
