The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 3.08 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 18.65 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 83.49 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 21.98 per cent at Rs 55.94 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 45.86 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 20.12 per cent to Rs 52.53 crore from Rs 43.73 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 8700.00 per cent at Rs 0.88 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 0.01 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 60.09 per cent to Rs 3.41 crore as against Rs 2.13 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 31.47 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 20.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.12 crore, while Taxation decreased by 52.73 per cent at Rs 1.04 crore (Mar'25 Rs 2.20 crore).
